Prostone Granite & Cabinetry

I hired pro stone to come in and put in granite color topped. The measurements were off so they had to go back and get a different back splash piece and then the counter was too long so they had to modify it on site. They left me with a terrible mess in my kitchen which they did not attempt to clean. I also had a small piece missing from beside my window crank. They gouged my kitchen floor and I did not realize all of this until after they left. When I contacted Ross of these sales manager he refused to return my calls. After about a week I finally got ahold of him and was given the number to the owners Suki and Chang. I spoke with Suki and tried to explain that it took me 3 and a 1/2 hours to clean and that the missing window piece combine with the gouge in my floor and was unacceptable. She said that she knew that I was getting the flooring replaced as per Ross and my handy man so she didn't see what the problem was? I asked for a little mediation but received none. Instead they tried to deny that their crew did anything wrong and I later found out they obviously have different installation crews. My point is if this is the way they handled business when it is not done right, this is unacceptable.

Great selection and service. Pricing was very competitive. All work was completed at the scheduled time. David at the Greensboro store was very helpful.

Pro Stone was accommodating with the schedule change and transforme our kitchen and made it beautiful Ross was helpful from showing us the various stones all the way to completion

After shopping around at all of the normal big box stores we found ProStone. We assumed a smaller business wouldn’t be able to beat the big box prices but we were pleasantly surprised at how untrue this was. We met with Ross at the Winston Salem store. He was incredibly helpful and polite. Their selection was great and the price per foot almost unanimously beat the big box stores. We chose a granite for our kitchen counters, paid a deposit, and scheduled install. There was 2 week time from ordering to install. This was to account for manufacturing and other customers scheduled installs. The crew showed up on time on our install day and were very professional. They ensured everything was perfect and cleaned up prior to letting us know they were done. Total install took about 4 hours. We are very pleased with the whole process and with ProStone in general. We will absolutely shop with them again when we upgrade our bathrooms. We highly recommend Ross and the whole ProStone team!

I hired ProStone to install counter-tops for me. They were installed today and they look beautiful. The guys did a great job removing the old counter-tops and installing the new granite. The installation took a minimum amount of time and the guys answered any questions that I had, Even though it took me quite a bit of time picking out the granite I wanted, I never felt pressured to hurry up. I even changed my mind on my selection after signing the contract. (There is a time limit on that though - once the granite is fabricated, it would be too late, but I changed my mind before that,) I highly recommend ProStone and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

2nd time using ProStone. Remodeled kitchen and now bathroom. Both came out great. Great service good communication and all around good people. Would definitely recommend them.

Going to the store in Winston-Salem and working with Ross was terrific. He helped us with what we wanted exactly. The process was incredibly easy, then setting up the date was no problem at all. The day of installation, which was a Saturday, they showed up on time and just went to work. Everything was done spot on! It was our first upgrade of our house and we could not be happier with everything they did. I fully recommend them.

I absolutely recommend Ross at Prostone for the fabrication and installation of your countertops. I have been in the kitchen design business for almost 20 years and completely appreciate the expedient, courteous, and professional experience we had with Ross at Prostone. We had a particularly large top fabricated for our kitchen island and as you can see from the photos it took several men to carefully deliver and install it in our home. They did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Prostone for their craftsmanship and professionalism.

A lovely set of countertops. Installation crew was topnotch. The Brazilian marble blends so well with the natural hickory cabinets.

We selected ProStone for our kitchen and bathroom remodel projects a few months back due to their transparency, responsiveness, excellent reviews, lead times and prices - and let me say, we were not disappointed! There is a reason why they have excellent reviews and it shows. ProStone provided and installed the cabinets and countertops, and everything looks amazing! It was a very straightforward process, and any questions/renderings/changes were attended to promptly.
