If you're planning any kind of kitchen/bath renovation or new construction, you NEED to consider concrete countertops from Solid Rock. Not only are Kevin and Tait incredibly knowledgeable and talented at their craft, they're some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. We originally planned to install real slate countertops until reading about the maintenance nightmare slate could be. So instead, we opted for custom concrete countertops, which can be made to look like almost any natural material, even with a natural rough edge! We couldn't be happier with our concrete countertops!

Kevin was awesome. We absolutely love our new countertops. He talked us through the process, kept us in the loop along the way and was very transparent about his work. While it took a little longer than standard granite countertops, it was well worth the wait. Kevin was very professional and had a great attention to detail. He made the countertops exactly how we wanted!

Solid Rock Concrete Designs made our concrete table dreams come true! Working with Solid Rock was a great experience from start to finish. Solid Rock was more than willing and eager to tackle a new and somewhat challenging idea for our table base. The final product was exactly what we imagined: a solid concrete t-shaped base with a solid concrete round top. We really enjoyed seeing picture and video updates that Solid Rock sent us throughout the fabrication process. For us, the table is both a functional piece of furniture and a work of art. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Solid Rock and would recommend them highly!

We had a custom designed and fabricated two bowl bathroom sink made by by Solid Rock Concrete. The experience was absolutely great from start to finish. I built the cabinet and Kevin worked with me to get the dimensions of the finished sink perfectly matched to the cabinet. The result was exactly as expected. We also felt that we made a real friend in Kevin.

Solid Rock created the most beautiful kitchen counters I could have ever imagined. The attention to detail was evident from design concept through installation. They were perfect. And as an added touch, custom drain board that doubles as cutting board with the addition of a wooden board insert. We added a few personal touches we requested like special shell slices were incorporated in the design. Phosphorescent stones were embedded randomly that glow when the lights are off in the kitchen. Kevin and his crew were fun to work with and they were as invested in a perfect job as we were. I would highly recommend Solid Rock. Excellent product an fast turn around. From start to finish the work was finished ahead of schedule. The greatest counters ever.

Kevin helped me think through the color, finish, how much aggregate to expose with samples to place in different lighting in the kitchen. The end result...a masterpiece! #lovemyconcretecountertops

We wanted a distressed concrete counter top for our outdoor pizza oven project. The counter space has an odd shape with multiple angles to fit around the rounded edge of our patio, so it really lent itself to poured concrete. Many of the pictures we found on Solid Rock's website were precise, clean, crisp, very slick, but we were looking for something that would look more weathered and organic with a nice patina. Kevin looked at some pictures of ideas we found online and said it would be no problem. He was great to work with: responded quickly to every text I sent, and provided continual updates. He would send pictures of each sample and then stop by so we could see how each one looked in the natural outdoor light of our yard. We went back and forth, producing multiple samples, tweaking things until everything was just right. Kevin is professional, personable, and definitely a craftsman. We ended up with a beautiful 2-inch thick slab, custom mixed to have some movement and texture, and stained to a dark gunmetal grey. Once sealed, it took on the perfect look we were going for. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Can't wait to have a pizza party for our friends and family to see it. Highly recommended!
