Summum Granit

Bonjour ,, j'ai reçu mes comptoir de deckton , tel que ceduler en pm un vendredi ,, l"équipe d'intstallation on eu un brie de voiture qui a occasionner beaucoup de retard donc on ils ont eu la gentillesse de m'aviser et me dire qu'il serait chez moi vers 21h si cela étais toujours correct pour moi malgré leur grosse journée ils sont arriver chez moi de bel humeur et on été très professionnel jamais j"ai senti leur fatigue on aurait dit que jetais leur premiere client donc je trouve que cela mérite d'être dit

I hired this company for 50 pi2 kitchen counter made of New Belfast granit (Quebec city). Was supposed to mesure on july the 6th for installing after the hollidays. Had no news until july the 19, after I made 4 calls to them. I also asked for a price ajustement as I had a better offer from another company (same exact product), but Summum prefered to refund me than offering the same price (400$ less), not respecting the best price policy. I also had missleading informations about other granit sellers having only bad granit oiled in china, that others will have more joints where them will do the 13' long counter in one peace... and so on... Now I wont have my kitchen counter until 21 of august (from another company). I wont recommend this company AT ALL. Stay away from them

I required the Summum Granit services for my kitchen counter and my kitchen island (quarz) . The person who was responsible for mesurement was particularly courteous . The installation was done quickly and well. One of the corners of countertops had been scratched during installation , but the customer service sent a repairman. Everything was repaired within 48 hours. Great job!
