Subject: FW: Laminate Invoice from T.Brothers Tile LLC
First of I all we will get the attached invoice paid to you ASAP. Secondly, Carri and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with T-Brothers and the work completed to date. We have received great customer service from you and Brandy, quality workmanship, high-caliber workers, great communications and attention to detail. With that said, we don't want to harm the relationship that we have with you because of outstanding balances for work done.
As you know, I am trying to get a refund from A---------N' More and so far have been repaid $5,000. We have filed a complaint with the NV Contractors Board and filed a claim under the Recovery Fund program. We are contemplating a law suit to include damages. I know this not your issue but wanted to provide some background regarding our cash flow.
We will need to post-phone any additional work until our cash flow is better. We want to make sure you are paid for everything due up to now and reschedule the remainder of the work. This is not what we want to do, but we don't want to damage the great relationship we have with you and T-Brothers because of work not paid for.
Bill, we do intend to have all the work we spoke about completed by T-Brothers. In addition to the pending refund (hopefully), I have some payments for my fire/EMS consulting that I should receive by the end of the month.
Sorry for the long email, please call me or Wife to discuss further.
