Upon contracting a renovation company to handle our kitchen and bath renovation, I thought there would be some guidance in choosing materials. But there was not any aside from choosing cabinetry.
So to meet Katherine and her staff, and to find out how amazingly supportive they were, was essential to the success of our renovation.
My husband and I really did not know where to begin. And when we did start looking at tile, we were miles apart in our visions. Katherine and her staff were so patient and helpful in making suggestions and allowing us to take samples out for us to see how our choices would look in our home. Katherine even met with us and our contractor to insure that the final order would be submitted properly. The result is that our kitchen backsplash and bathroom tile are just beautiful! I highly recommend Tile Wholesalers.

When we remodeled our residence we purchased all our tile from Tile Wholesalers. We remodeled a kitchen and two full baths. When the master shower was installed unfortunately the marble had unacceptable color variations which were not evident in the samples. They promptly responded, had the entire shower removed, work with us to secure new marble and had it installed at their expense. They were attentive and responsive and we are very happy with all of our tile. Additionally, they have the best selection and a knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Tile Wholesalers is a great resource for stone, glass and ceramic tile. Their showroom is spacious and full of beautiful displays which makes it a great place for me to bring my clients because they can see how the tile looks installed. I purchased tile for two bathrooms - floor tile and shower tiles - different sizes. I also went back and purchased tile for my kitchen - both floor and backsplash. They have an extensive collection of different tiles from multiple manufacturers. The showroom has a lot of tiles on display which helps greatly with the decision making process. The sales staff is knowledgeable regarding their products and very helpful with design decisions. This was a difficult process for me and all the people I dealt with were very patient and helpful.
The ordering and pickup process was easy and no hassle. I had extra tile at end of the job which was returnable and that process was easy as well.
I have been to lots of tile stores in my area and this was by far the best experience I had!

We purchased tile for a bathroom remodel. The tile selection included the floor, shower floor and shower walls. Tile Wholesalers has an extremely large selection of tile which became overwhelming fast, but they were very helpful and walked us through the process. We couldn't be happier with our selection!
