Universal Tile and Stone

On a positive note, Shannon did a great job on tiling my bathroom floor. However, the rest of his work was not of great quality. He installed a tile counter top; as I watched the work progress, there were several times I had to point out that a tile that he installed was broken and it wasn't until I insisted he replace them that he did. After he was finished, I noticed several other broken tiles. The "racing stripe" he installed was uneven and jagged. When he reinstalled the toilet, bolts were not reconnected correctly. A plumber that I hired to fix it also mentioned that the tile was cut too short which contributed to the difficulties with the toilet. The tiles around the sink were left with jagged edges. The countertop is not flat; several tiles stick up. The spacing between the tiles are uneven. I ended up hiring another contractor to try to fix some of the many issues with Shannon's work. I was surprised, as Shannon seems like a very nice guy, but I'd be careful about hiring him if you want quality work .

I totally remodeled my kitchen and wanted matte tile for the backsplash, Universal (Shannon) came out had it done beautifully in a snap. He was clean and on time.
