USMG was very easy to work with. We worked directly with the owner Maher who was very insightful when providing us with advice on choosing our granite. He even gave sink and faucet recommendations. Whenever I need a stone countertop I will always return back to USMG.

I hit the lottery when I stumbled upon US Marble and Granite in Westlake Ohio. I was searching locally for some white veined marble which could match an already existing double marble sink for a bathroom remodel we were doing. No one in my area had anything close to what I needed. Out of desperation, I went to Google and stumbled upon US Marble and Granite in Westlake. I called and was lucky enough to have Tommy answer the phone. He listened carefully to what I needed, checked things out in his warehouse and invited me out to take a look. It was a 45 minute drive one way, (right off the highway) but I am so glad I made the trip. Tommy took me in the warehouse so I could look at all of the beautiful choices and options. With his guidance and superior knowledge, we were able to match the marble perfectly. Finding the marble I needed in a timely manner was an important step to finishing my bathroom remodel. I needed 4 specific pieces cut for a small counter top and shower pieces. Tommy, and the owner, worked with me to get the job done beautifully, quickly and at a great price. Their customer service and attention to detail went beyond what I expected. I will be a lifelong customer and highly recommend them to my friends and family. I purchased a home built in 1964 that needed to be brought to 2015. As a Realtor, I know what my house will ultimately sell for once updated. My need to stay within budget was important. I priced a big box store. Mediocre cabinets, low end granite and a 7-8 week timeframe was presented. A friend told me I had to check out US marble & granite before I made a decision and I'm so glad I did. From the time I walked in the door I was impressed. I was introduced to the Maher the owner and what he showed me behind the design center was an area where all of the custom cabinetry is made and the largest selection of granite, marble & quartz I've ever seen! I explained my need for a new kitchen, my wants, and my budget. They helped me design a custom kitchen exactly as I wanted. Everything I mentioned along the way was met with the response "we can do that". When it was time to install the cabinets and granite the gentleman who showed up at my door were as professional and courteous as the owner. There were issues during the install with my home (plumbing) and they took care of that as well! The time frame from start to finish was short and today I'm looking at a gorgeous custom Kitchen I never would have achieved anywhere else. I've learned that people want to do business with those the know, like and trust. US Marble & Granite will continue to have my business (bathrooms next!) and always my referrals. They make you feel your project is as important as if it were happening in their personal home. Great experience!

The best customer service. Steered us gently away from some bad granite choices (really beautiful but too "much" for a kitchen)...helped us select an absolutely beautiful granite (surprisingly less expensive than our "exotic" choices) that is awesome in our kitchen. The custom cabinetry is beautiful and very very well made. Helped us maximize the custom options in our relatively compact kitchen area. Price was extremely competitive with "stock" cabinets which was a very pleasant surprise. Granite installation was fast and flawless. I would recommend US Marble and Granite to everyone
