About 8 years ago we were refinishing the kitchen. We had looked everywhere for glass tiles of a certain quality and look. Most of the merchants we visited had very limited inventories and their selection did not intersect with our taste. We did some further research about other potential sources, and “stumbled” on Vitroceram. It was not very far from where we lived and we paid them a visit. We met with Annika who was both charming and helpful. She did, however, inform us that they only dealt with the trade and with retail stores. We were invited to look around and we were blown away by the selection, variety, and quantity of glass tiles. The largest majority of the tiles were manufactured in Canada (surprise!) and they were gorgeous. Annika invited us to shop since we had taken the trouble to find Vitroceram. We found just the perfect tiles for our backsplash. The service was friendly and impeccable and it left us extremely happy clients. A couple of weeks ago we had our windows replaced and a few of the tiles were damaged. We contacted Vitroceram and they were tremendously helpful. The indefatigable Annika check their warehouse in case they had some in stock. She then proceeded to make sure the tiles were still being produced (they were), and then ordered the replacements we needed. A few days later we picked up the tiles and we could not be happier with the product, price or service. The Vitroceram team is the best! We will definitely go back again.

We were looking for a solution to finish our glass block wall when we saw the glass caps that were available from the Vitroceram website. After an initial phone call to Vitroceram and talking with one of their very frindly and helpful consultants we had all the information we needed in order to proceed with the job. The order was place and delivered to our house in a very reasonable time, thats to the help of the staff at Vitroceram. The glass caps were the perfect soultion for our project. We will be using Vitroceram again when it comes to tiling our kitchen backsplash.

I have specified Vitroceram tile for multiple projects and am very happy with the results. They are able to provide custom colour matching and have excellent customer service. When we order samples on a tight timeline, we receive them right away, and Vitroceram often assembles custom colour combinations for our client's review. The colour , finish and quality of the tiles is exceptional, and there are many patterns to choose from, and flexibility on customization. I saw some really nice designs on Houzz and traced the glass tiles to a dealer in Toronto - Vitroceram. I drove to their office in Scarborough and found out that they're the distributor of very high end glass tiles made in Canada. They are not a retailer, but do sell to contractors and designers. They were nice enough to agree to sell to me what they had in stock. I was like a kid in a candy store when I saw their tiles. They have a superb selection of luxurious custom glass tiles in any hue you can name, in any thickness to suit your design. Playing with their gorgeous tile samples, my imagination just went wild. I ended up ordering custom glass wall tiles for my master ensuite bath and beautiful floor-rated glass tiles for my powder room floor. I allowed ample time and planned way ahead for my reno project, so I could afford to wait for the custom tiles to be made in Vancouver and shipped to Toronto. It arrived 6 weeks later in perfect condition. I am so glad I found Vitroceram, and I am very, very happy with my designer glass tiles !
