“Very pleased with this service. I called on a Monday, Steven came out to give me an estimate on Tuesday and sent me an estimate within the hour. On Wednesday, I told Steven I wanted to hire them, and they came out that morning to complete the work. Initially, Steven told me it might take a few weeks to get out and complete the work, but I told him I needed it done sooner than later, so they fit me in that day. Their price was equivalent to another service I got a quote from, and $50 less than a third service. Steven was very pleasant to talk with and responsive to my emails. While he was at the house for the estimate, he also gave me some advice on a tree I was concerned about. He told me it didn't need to come down, even though I thought maybe it did, which made me happy that he wasn't just trying to sell a service I didn't need. They seemed to do a good job with the stump grinding. The area is flat with a bunch of wood mulch, which is what I expected since I didn't ask them to take away the mulch. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.”

“Quoter came to house to provide a quote. My husband and I had concerns with the timeframe the job needed to be done in. Pegram Quoter was able to schedule us within weeks. By doing this, it did not hold up progress on our job site. They did a wonderful job removing two large trees. We asked for two large oak trees to be cut down, stump grinded, leave us (2) 5 foot logs in length, and place all chipped wood in an area on the other side of the yard. They met all my expectations and also had the best quoted price among 5 companies we called in Greensboro.”
