“Avelar Tree Service was highly recommended by a neighbor who was using them for a second time. A few of us on the same street asked for estimates to get trees taken down and hauled off with stumps ground. Avelar pricing was excellent so it was an easy decision on that front. As far as what kind of quality work I would get, I trusted my neighbors previous experience with them and booked the job. They started the next day and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to finish. Elvin explained exactly what they would do first, then completed the job quickly, He battled two consecutive days of rain and still brought down 16 huge pines and was cleaned up and gone a few days later. After grinding the stumps down he took his bobcat and leveled the area where most of the trees were bunched up. Elvin's crew is very efficient and there is no down time. They took the time to clear and clean my driveway at the end of each day so I wouldn't have to park my car on the road. Elvin is a great guy and does fast, quality work.... “Very pleased with this service. I called on a Monday, Steven came out to give me an estimate on Tuesday and sent me an estimate within the hour. On Wednesday, I told Steven I wanted to hire them, and they came out that morning to complete the work. Initially, Steven told me it might take a few weeks to get out and complete the work, but I told him I needed it done sooner than later, so they fit me in that day. Their price was equivalent to another service I got a quote from, and $50 less than a third service. Steven was very pleasant to talk with and responsive to my emails. While he was at the house for the estimate, he also gave me some advice on a tree I was concerned about. He told me it didn't need to come down, even though I thought maybe it did, which made me happy that he wasn't just trying to sell a service I didn't need. They seemed to do a good job with the stump grinding. The area is flat with a bunch of wood mulch, which is what I expected since I didn't ask them to take away the mulch. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.”
