“Jarod was very professional and had great communication. He gave the best quote out of like 10 different companies that contacted me. Jarod was up front with his pricing and I did not need to haggle the price down, which I loved. After confirming with him to do work, we just had to wait for non rainy weather. In April 2022 it legit rained for entire month every other day, so 1 day was not enough for the soil to be dry else it would of been very muddy. Jarod reached out to me every week to give me updates about when he can do it, but because it literally rained all month. I had to wait until May to get my work done, which I did not mind.| Jarod and his team was in by 11am and out by 2:30pm. They did all the work and even cleaned up any mess that was made during the job they were doing. I definitely recommend Jarod and his team for all the work they do. Super professional, good communication, and super fast job. Work that was done on my property: - cutting down a BIG River Birch tree in front of my house that was tied together with steel cables, which could of gone bad if Jarod did not see it. Luckily Jarod and his team was able to do small sections at a time, and saw the cables. It required to slowly cut all 3 trunks that was cabled together, and safely remove them at the same time. Else, if cutting 1 all the way it could of cause the trunk to swing back closer to the house due to the other trunks holding it still. After many hours the River Birch tree was removed and stump was grinded down. - removing overgrown abortive trees from the side of my house. His team cut it down in small sections and also grinded down the stumps. - removing a dead pear type tree in my backyard, and grinded the stump down. - trim and cut various branches for other trees on my property that was growing towards the house.”

“We all want good builders, interior designers, and landscapers. But we forget those that are needed to keep the property up-to-snuff (where does that phrase come from) and we forget that a good Arborist is essential for the well being of our trees. Only the correct knowledge will give us the best show and life of our woody plants. Kramer has done that for me and the trees show it. They are knowledgeable and proficient at their profession. And most of all take the time to explain all that is needed without making one think it's all about their making money. If only I had listened to him about our Ash and not the town which caused it and all others in the area be devastated, how sorry I am about that 40 yrs lost and not to be returned. I will always recommend them to others, as one should do with good companies. PS: Your "project cost" is too wide of a range, perhaps $1000 to 3 / 5k as 1k to 9+k is scary.”
