I hired this company to do pretty extensive residential work for me. From the time I said I wanted to move forward to the time the job actually got done was approximately two months. They do not give you a date up front, the give you 24 hrs notice before they come. That was okay with me because I wasn't in a hurry - but I felt it was odd/disorganized. They cancelled on me once to do emergency City of Southfield work, so they will prioritize that before your job. They do good on pruning trees, but I requested the removal of a large choke cherry and ask to have the stump ground. They did the work and didn't grind the stump. I ask to have them come back and do it, which Susan said they would at first. Next phone call she then changed and said that it was never included. Then they ran over my mailbox and never said anything. When I called and asked they then admitted to running it over and it now needs to be replaced post and all. They said they would either come back and grind the stump or come back and replace the mail box. I agreed to have the stump ground and they did come back two weeks later to grind the stump.
