He had not attacked that process before, but researched it with not only a local big box store, but the paint distributor as well. He has also painted another bath and done several home projects for me. He is a great guy and does beautiful work. He is very conscientious and a perfectionist.”

They've done tens of thousands of dollars worth of work for us and we'd hire them again to do the same in a heartbeat. Scott and his staff makes the new construction or remodel process easy, bring great ideas on design elements as well as cost saving strategies and their work is unmatched in Central Illinois. The post sale support is outstanding. They do their own extensive inspection and punch list so the homeowner doesn't have another set of issues to deal while closing and moving into a new home, and their warranty support is a huge value and provides great peace of mind. Scott really puts his customer's best interest first and is exceptionally accomodating in working with the customer's architect. His subs are first rate and he clearly has the best subs in the area on his team. I highly recommend you meet with Scott if you're building an executive bracket home or are considering a remodeling project in your existing home. It's a great experience to work with Scott and the team and you'll be glad you met them.”

“This was a substantial, whole-house remodel (keeping the same footprint) to make a very quirky, dark home on a gorgeous wooded hill into a light and airy rustic-modern home to live in the rest of my life. We went down the design and contractor path with a number of people (for a number of years) before finally coming back to Mark Hoerr and his architect/designer Seth Luginbuhl. I cannot say enough good things about the process with Mark and Seth that got us a final design. Now we are in the thick of the remodel, and cannot say enough good things about the carpenters and other tradespeople. They are extremely talented, diligent and hardworking, responsive and respectful, and all-around a pleasure to work with. I can't wait to upload finished photos around Christmas time, but will upload a few of the house in progress.”

This included all new hardwood floors, new fireplace, removal of walls/cabinets, and complete renovation of the stairs along with various painting and upgrades to hardware throughout. Their customer service, knowledge, craftsmanship and end result were beyond excellent. They Keystone team listened to each and every aspect of our vision and offered knowledgeable insight on how we could make that a reality. They were truly partners in creating our dream. Bob exhibited a genuine care and honesty of all aspects of the project and we knew he was always reachable if we had questions or wanted to make a change. He us honest, trustworthy, detail oriented, and has a solid background. He has an eye for beautiful craftsmanship and sticks by his work. He also finds way to work within your budget. We have moved out of our beautiful home due to relocation. Our house continues to be adored by others. If only he built houses in other states!”

“First of all, my bathroom looks amazing. Very modern and way more comfortable than before. They gave us an estimate and designs for free before we committed to anything. Scott even told us which materials would be cheaper to buy on our own so we could stay in our budget. The installers were friendly and answered all the questions we had that popped up over the project. They came on time and worked hard and they cleaned up every day so it was safe for our kids. We only have one bathroom, so they reinstalled the toilet before they were done with the floor we could still use the bathroom that night. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this company.”

“We wanted a first floor master bedroom and bathroom addition that was handicapped accessible. We had to build it around our septic system while still aligning so it flowed with the original home.The project turned out fabulous!! It is beautiful and roomy with the future ability, if needed, to accommodate a wheelchair or scooter.”
