There was a laundry list of things that had to be done from kitchen sink drain leak to replacing a gas water heater with an electric heater and running a new service line from the meter box. Made recommendations that saved me aggravation in the future and used quality fixtures/water heater. Showed up when they said they would or called if there was an emergency. Had one or two items that had to be re-done (employee was experiencing personal issues). Owner brought the employee back out and stayed while the employee made repairs.
