“Last January, Alex from Champion Remodeling Group came over to bid on our luxury, upper-level master bathroom project, requiring extensive plumbing and duct work that extends into the kitchen ceiling located below. He was exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. Unlike the other three companies we considered, he provided an extremely detailed quote and scope of work within 48 hours. There were multiple revisions and adjustments necessary as we fine-tuned the specifics, and Alex was quick and responsive when doing so. After spending several hours answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns, we signed the contract. While we selected the decor, marble tile, and waited for the custom cabinets, the Covid pandemic hit and we delayed the project. Alex was in contact with us on a regular basis, asking if there were products we needed him to pick up or order. “GPH Services removed our backyard deck and existing brick paver walkway and replaced both with a larger, beautiful stamped concrete patio. The owner, Aaron Whittaker, looked at our current deck and made recommendations on size, form, style and color of the new stamped concrete patio. They gave us an estimate on both price and duration and were right on track with both. They removed the old deck and brick pavers, hauled away all the materials, installed the new patio and cleaned up the area when finished. Our yard is enclosed by a fence and difficult to reach with any type of equipment. They were very careful in removing our gate and did not damage the lawn or existing beds. The finished product is beautiful! It has been through two very cold and snowy winters and still looks great. We would definitely hire GPH Services again. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We appreciated Aaron's insight on the design and are very pleased with the results. We love our new patio.”
