“I bought a new house 6 months ago , I interviewed 5 different companies trying to find a reliable and professional contractor to do a complete remodeling. I first met Joseph Cohen when i was still in escrow. We immediately clicked ! He sketched up my entire house on paper and did a 3D model on his computer in 30 minutes. Then he asked me a bunch of questions and actually listened to my ideas, needs and desires! He gave me some great ideas and shared many ways to keep the budget low and actually get more bang for my bucks! He worked with me on everything from the design to picking materials in the show room and you can see the outcome for yourself ! He stayed in budget and finished under the time he said it would take . We took down walls did a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, flooring , paint , new windows and doors . A complete rewire repipe and much more in 3.5 months ! They guys were here every day, great craftsmanship. Highly recommend! Definitely will use again!”

White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. I cannot believe what a quality job MDRN did, all with a friendly and highly communicative attitude. AND they worked within my budget!”

“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. “Valente and his crew do phenomenal work. We first hired them last year to build an outdoor pool cabana, and he's since done other jobs for us. Their work is beautiful - precise, solid, smart. “I'm sooo happy I chose to go with Tal, Yosi & Creative Remodeling #1. A lot of companies promise the world, but when it comes to deliver they fail miserably. Trust me, I've had a few problems when it came to this. Creative Remodeling and Tal were so good that I have already referred 2 of my friends and family members. You would think because the prices were so competitive that the quality and service would suffer, but we were happily surprised that it went even more smooth than anticipated. They were extremely easy to reach, and they were always on point in responding. Thank you Creative Remodeling #1 and know for sure who to contact in my next project!”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“My kitchen transformed from an 80th kitchen with brown and dated cabinets to a modern chic kitchen with an elegant look in which I wanted to accomplished for awhile. from conceptual stage to completion, I was well attended by the wonderful team and project manager/ designer. At the conceptual stage, I was assitend by the designer for all material selecting and purchasing, color coordinating and other decision making. Throughout the construction I have received daily updates as to what is next, my house kept clean, and all my questions were addressed right away. Now I get to enjoy my beautiful kitchen. I thank this great team of people that made this happen and will highly recommend them to my friends and family”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”
