“I recently used Change Your Bathroom to remodel a full bathroom in one of my rental properties. They discovered that the sub-floor had rotted through into the floor joists. Josh and his crew were able to repair the joists, build a new sub-floor and lay a beautiful new tile floor! I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and value from this company. I will be calling them again for my next project!!”

“I have worked with Kim on a variety of renovation projects in my home for the last few years. Together we have renovated a kitchen, a laundry room, a master bath, an office and are currently working on an outdoor deck. Each project has turned out better than the last. Kim is an exceptionally positive and uplifting person and I am blessed to have been introduced to her by mutual friends, for whom she designed another beautiful kitchen. Kim is an extraordinarily talented designer with a special skill set for knowing what will look fantastic in my home while delivering within my personal budget. Despite our seemingly different personal design styles, Kim manages to find exactly what I didn't know I wanted. In the end, her eye is very wise and her ability to communicate with clients to decipher personal style is precise.”

“We recently purchased a 1960's ranch in Atlanta, with the intention of renovating the kitchen and finishing the basement. We knew we wanted to work with a design-build firm and based on former client reviews and a referral from a friend we chose Renewal Design-Build after careful consideration. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They removed an entire wall from our kitchen to create an open, bright floor plan and added a beautiful island and tons of storage to the kitchen. They finished our basement adding a guest bedroom, bath, storage, and a play area for the kids. They worked closely with us on all design decisions and didn't complete the job until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. I'm already planning my master bedroom renovation and I plan on using Renewal again down the road!”

He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. “Where do i start?! Antonio is one of a kind when it comes to being an interior designer & leading any remodeling project that your heart desires. We used Antonio for multiple projects on our house (complete facelift of 4000SF home & main bath teardown/remodel). Before committing to him, we initially had a couple of meetings that helped set the stage in terms of what we wanted (and/or thought we wanted). Antonio was quick to understand the look/feel that we were going for & started to do some of the legwork in terms of colors, finishes, tiles, backsplash, etc...to help us visualize what the home could look like when finished (included plenty of his own renderings & created vision boards). He was always communicating with us and really went above & beyond in terms of making our decision-making easier. He was integral in helping us achieve our final look & truly understood our taste (but still provided feedback if a selection was an eyesore and/or did not integrate well with the final product). He was always open to input/feedback & made appropriate adjustments through the duration of both projects. We had to pivot a few times due to unforeseen issues but he was always on top of mitigating risks & ensuring we'd be happy with the final product. At no time did he pressure us to make hasty decisions even if it meant delaying closing out a phase of the project. His tireless research & materials savviness enabled us to make the best decisions in terms of materials & ultimately cost which can quickly add up on any large-scale project. His attention to detail is also what really stuck out for us as he ensured all contractors were able to meet our expectations. Overall, we were super happy with Antonio's work, dedication, vision, & judgment in ensuring that we'd walk away happy with the final product. I cannot thank him enough & look forward to seeing his work get the recognition & gratitude that it deserves!”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

“We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”

She has a unique ability to match colors, patterns and materials, which seems like an obvious characteristic a designer should have, but hers is truly a gift.
