“We remodeled our house in 2011 and used Le Belle Maison to help with the design/layout of some rooms, coordinating subcontractors for the work, and selecting front door, stairs, cabinetry, lighting, artwork and furniture. We wanted a modern look to our remodel, and we had noticed that most of Le Belle Maison's prior work samples were more traditional. But it didn't matter at all...I cannot speak highly enough of Tania's professionalism, sense of design style (in any style!), project management skills and quality work product. We love everything she and her team did for us. She has an amazing ability to listen and understand what each client wants. It has now been nearly 3 years since our project was finished, and we are still constantly remarking on how much we love our remodel and all the choices of furniture and artwork Tania made for us. We will definitely use her again on future projects. (Note- in the photos I uploaded, the kitchen itself was not done by Tania, but all the furniture, lighting, artwork was selected by her. These photos are just part of the project, she did much more.)”

“I had the pleasure of working with Lee on a renovation of a southern cottage built at the turn of the century. The goal was to preserve the signature details of the period while creating a living environment for a hi-tech, modern lifestyle. Lee's ability to connect the past with present, capturing the natural wonderful elements of the period and enhancing them with mid century modern furnishing was beyond my greatest expectations. I delivered to Lee the concept of what I wanted to feel in my home environment and essentially let him work within my budget to offer me a dream I would have never achieved alone or for the matter with any of the other designers with home I had previously contracted. Lee produced the architectural design, color palate, fabric and furnishing options, professional installers, and regular updates on progress. Lee is the full compliment of competence, professionalism, and artistry. Everyday now when I walk into my home, I appreciate the timeless elegance and peacefulness Lee brought to me with his talent.”

“Faye is extremely professional and has an incredible eye for design. Faye was hired to help create a new design for a bathroom in desperate need of a remodel. She offered excellent ideas on how to maximize space and brought the bathroom into a functional and beautiful space. Its now one of the favorite rooms in the house! “I am a Custom Builder in the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex and have worked with Mike and his team on numerous projects. They have done various size and style projects for us and have excelled at all of them. Most residnential architecture in DFW is done by desingers and not architects. The fact that Mike is an Architect is HUGE. When they provide us with a set of plans, all the details are there. It makes our job easier and gives the client a better product. I would certainly recommend Firmitas Design and will continue to use them.”

“We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! We got updates on every step of the process and they always made sure we know what’s being done and confirmed with us multiple times before proceeding to the next step. We love our new kitchen and will definitely recommend their services!”
