“Our Project - Our project involved replacement of the kitchen counters, the kitchen back splash, the counters of our bar area and the area surrounding our fireplace. We also had a very specific time frame in that we wanted the project completed by the week before Thanksgiving. We also hired their interior designer Cindy Baker to help us choose materials and consult on the overall design. Getting started - Initially, after seeing the size and complexity of many of BeeTree Homes’ projects, I was concerned that our relatively small project would be fill in work for the gaps in BeeTree’s larger projects and our schedule would be controlled by other project timetables. But I never felt that was the case. BeeTree committed to the overall time frame I required and set up a project plan to meet that schedule. I realize, of course, that most plans need adjustment along the way and we had some adjustments but there was always plenty of communication and a constant eye on the promised end date. The working the plan – No only was Cindy Baker helping us with the design but she was also managing the progress of our project. She scheduled all the craftsmen required from the guys removing back splash and fireplace tiles to the plumber who installed the kitchen and bar sinks. The quality of their people is worth noting. One of my concerns was that while BeeTree is used to removing the entire contents of a kitchen and starting from scratch I had cabinets and a large mirror that were remaining in place. Not only did their installers do top notch work but they were very careful to not damage the areas around their work. Also of note, they showed up on time. Thanksgiving – Bottom line, BeeTree did a beautiful job with our project and brought it in on schedule. We had a house full for Thanksgiving and we got to show off the improvements to our guests. At some point we will bring BeeTree back to get their ideas on our master bath.”
