“We used Let’s Remodel to remodel our kitchen in 2023. We received excellent input from Polina, the designer. When I became frustrated about finding the right tile for the floor, she brought by samples. When I didn’t like any of them, she sensed my frustration and sent me to a tile store where we found just what we wanted. The tile installer, Igor, was exceptional! Her husband, Pavel, is the contractor. Although he is rarely on-site, his follow-up was good. After the project was completed, we had a problem with a drawer not fitting properly. Pavel brought the cabinetmaker to the house and changed out the runner (wrong size). We struggled to get the look we wanted in a window opening into the living room, but Pavel worked with us to get the look we wanted. All the finish work was (and still is) excellent. I found Pavel and Polina to be very responsive to our concerns. The project took longer than anticipated, but we are very happy with the end result.”

“Northland Design & Build did a fantastic job on our Kitchen/Family Room renovation. This was our 1st ever renovation, so we really didn't know what to expect. Working with them was such a blessing. One of the things I truly appreciated was the team of people always stayed the same, and they were always on time. I knew the people who would be coming to my home, and the work they did was excellent quality. They only worked with the best painters, flooring, and cabinetry contractors, so we trusted that the final project would turn out great. We love our space and have found a great construction company we trust, so we know who to call for future projects.”
