Kita's work extended beyond the interior, as she oversaw our backyard renovation, selecting a contractor, designing the space, and choosing materials and furniture. “I'm so happy with our kitchen remodel and the work performed by Preferred Home Builders. We only wanted to add a dishwasher to our small kitchen and all other companies said it wasn't possible. The designer, Rene, brought in multiple foremen to try and give us what we wanted. After pricing it all out and bringing in the owner (Tamir), it made more sense to do a full remodel. Sure, the other companies said that from the get-go, but in working with Preferred, I felt confident that they were on my side and truly wanted me to have the kitchen I wanted. Tamir was phenomenal in walking me through what we could do within our budget. He has a passion for his work and we knew we were in good hands. They quoted us 3 weeks for our project while other companies quoted 2 months! Not only that... but they got the job done in TWO WEEKS. With a curious one-year-old at home, we were over the moon to have a beautiful working kitchen so quickly. The workers were skilled and kind. Our foreman, Sam, kept the train moving and we are so happy with the results. There were some hiccups with the inspection processes, but our project manager, Jadi was excellent from start to finish. She communicated each situation clearly and honestly. She was always available by text and we felt like we had a friend throughout the entire process. Dolev is very smart in having a designer to go over choices, colors and items for the project. Once that is finalized, the renovation begins. The result was a stunning bathroom.
