“Kyle Allen is a great builder who built our custom beach home in 2015. He made the entire building process very smooth and easy. He was always available and on site. It was easy to get in touch with him, and he was always willing to make additions or adjustments to the plans. Kyle uses the best materials. From exterior cement boarding, metal roofing, tiles and cabinets, everything was top of the line without a mark up to the client. He takes pride in his builds and it's obvious in all the small details he adds. We met with and researched a lot of builders prior to our build. Kyle Allen has the best reputation as a builder on St. Simons. So much so, that he was the builder on the HGTV Dream Home here.
