Horrible Customer service! I Ordered fabric and paid $93.00 for next day shipping. I did not get the fabric until 3 days later. I contacted customer service 2 times to get refunded for the next day shipping and no one bothered to reply.

I needed to find the color of fabric I ordered. Tracey had it to me before the days end . Thank you so much !

Great service with a very high level of knowledge. Tracy is what usually is not found in the workplace today. She calls back when she is supposed too and the job is always done on time without mistakes. The only negative I have is I do not need any more cushions or drapes....at this time I travel 600 miles to do business with her.
