“Merica provide me with expertise and drawings for an apartment renovation in Manhattan that involved structural engineers, gas lines, and co-op approval/architectural review. She worked with the contractors, structural engineers and the co-op architect to devise the proper plans and to iron out various issues. She took care of obtaining the necessary permits and was always available to answer my questions, offering great insight that enabled me to make sound decisions throughout the project. Working with her made what was rumored to be a short to mid-term headache nothing but a seamless process. Good quality work for a great price. Will use again!”
