“We used Signature Homes Kauai to install our kitchen cabinets, coordinate plumbing and carpentry issues for our kitchen remodel. All contractors who worked on our project were well- equipped and thorough. Signature Homes helped us think outside the box to get the look and function we wanted while keeping to our project budget and schedule. Since some of the project fell outside their scope, I continued to rely on input and recommendations from the team. We are very pleased with the end result and enjoy our new kitchen.”

“Unlike most of people that live on the mainland that built a home in Kauai, we do not have any horror stories to share. I believe that’s because we had an open dialog with Puuwai Construction. The building of our home was a seamless process that kept everyone in the loop and there was never a surprise. “We used Palms Hawaii for design and construction oversight services on a residential project on the island of Kauai. We were looking for a local partner for the project and were pleasantly surprised by the competence, responsiveness and service levels exhibited by the entire Palms team. They rapidly and successfully negotiated Kauai's byzantine building regulations and permitting processes, provided guidance and practical advice for designing a house that both meets our needs and fits the local climate, and shepherded us through the construction bid process. Once construction began, they ensured the house was built to specifications and worked closely with the builder to match the final product to the design vision. Notably, all agreed upon design deadlines were met and service costs were reasonable. We worked most closely with Andrea Lincoln, who treated us as if we were her only clients. She truly cared about our project and made great effort to ensure our satisfaction, a quality that was also exhibited by the other Palms staff we interacted with. If building on the island of Kauai, we can wholeheartedly recommend Palms Hawaii. We would not hesitate to use them on our next project.”

“I have worked with Glenn Foreman of Kaua'i Design for about 5 years and I have enjoyed the rapport that I have had with him. His design concepts are solid and yet he is open to suggestions and ideas. He also has an excellent working knowledge of materials including exotic hardwoods, bronze, copper, brass, stainless steel, tile, paint, etc. When hired to do a design, Glenn's drawings are excellent with good detail which eliminates guesswork on the part of the fabricator and yet if there are questions, he is readily available for answers. As far as I am concerned, this accessibility of the designer is one of the most important qualification of a design team. To anyone who inquires, I would unequivocally recommend Glenn Foreman for design work.”
