He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. “Earlier this year we had West Coast Windows and Doors replace 10 windows and a door. Part of why we chose them is because they install Anlin products, and we wanted an Anlin french door for our patio with a built in dog door. I first went out to their showroom in March to see the Anlin windows that I was interested in in person. Liz was extremely helpful in showing me the windows, the door options, confirming that the french door would be available with the pet door, and showing me the options for window textures. They are quite busy and so it takes some time to get on their schedule, but it's definitely worth the wait! Richard, the owner came out to do the initial measurements, and was quite honest and straightforward in explaining options, as well as pros/cons when I was unsure. Our windows arrived earlier than they anticipated and the crew they sent out was professional and efficient. The install took 3 days. There was an issue of a miscommunication between WCWD and the city building office about the allowable window sill height in one room. I thought the original window looked fine, but the city inspectors said no. What WCWD interpreted was permissible ended up not being approved by the city, and at their own cost they sent out someone to make new measurements, re-ordered a new window, which arrived very quickly, and then were able to send the same crew out to install within a day of the new window arriving at their shop. I appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and courtesy throughout the whole process. The windows and door are beautiful and we look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.”
