“Extremely professional, thorough and even good follow up to make sure everything still OK after replacing a faucet and a showerhead and repairing a water heater. Also fixed a wall that had water damage & it looks like new. Will have them back to replace weather-stripping and paint the garage door. Just referred them to a friend and I rarely do that. Very impressed with pricing and honesty. You got it...they can fix it!”

“Several years ago I hired Wieland Studio to design a kitchen remodel and reconfiguration of the second story bedroom and laundry area in my 90-year-old home. I was so pleased because Susie carefully listened to what I wanted and designed an area that is modern in terms of openness of the layout and flow, while still keeping true to the aesthetics of the period the house was built. She has great taste, put a lot of thought into how the design would actually flow in practice, and then ran interference with the contractor when he did not do what I asked in one area of the kitchen, solving the issue without ruffling any feathers. She helped me prioritize my needs and wants in order to help stay within my budget. The design has now been road-tested in terms of kids, pets, entertaining, and day-to-day living and there is not a single thing I would change. I highly recommend Wieland Studio!”

He was very quick with his drawings and got them back in a timely manner. He was sensitive in our needs as a family and suggested many ideas that were used throughout the house. “In 2008 John Marion Construction, LLC built an estate type home for the original home owner from which we purchased in 2010 located on the Payne Stewart Golf Course in Branson, MO. This home was built from a drawing and article contained in Southern Living Magazine from which construction drawings were obtained. John Marion then built this home for the owner with flair and quality throughout. This nearly 5,000 ft2, all brick, two-level home was nestled into the woods which abuts to the Payne Stewart Golf Course which abounds with club house amenities and wild life. Structural soundness and an abundance of energy efficient insulation are a trademark of John Marion Construction. From the Ozark stone terracing of the yard to the hardwood flooring with soaring ceilings, granite-stainless steel appliances and the fine finished cabinetry throughout, this home is truly a show-piece for the Ozarks.”

“H&A Construction provided the remodel of our bathroom and bedroom. The finished product is beautiful and functional and we love it. Andy Flint was attentive to detail and design and followed through each step of the project. We highly recommend Andy/H&A Construction & Design. Andy's recommendations were helpful and his crew was respectful and diligent. The bathrm was completely gutted, jetted tub removed. Small vanity was replaced with two separate vanities, new tiled shower, heated tile floors, new electricals and a hot water tank installed under closet for immediate hot water access for master bath. The bedrm and bath walls were painted, wood trim painted and new carpet in bedrm.”
