“I was referred to Lani with Transitions Drapery from a mutual friend and client. She raved about Lani and knew I was looking for a reliable source to make me custom window treatments. I called Lani and within a day or two, she came over to my home to meet with me, take measurements and give me all the information I needed to order. About a month later she came back over and installed the three custom roman shades in my kitchen window and they were better than what I had envisioned! They are so well made, and I get compliments every time someone is over my house. I highly recommend Lani for your custom drapery & cushions needs - she's got an eye and does amazing work! “Rapid Response. Very Knowledgeable, friendly with lots of options to choose from....which they brought all TO ME! I didn't have to leave the house! They manufactured the product in house and had to me very fast. They do all of their own measuring, manufacturing and installations so it was one stop shopping and no need to cll anyone else. “We were looking for door wall and living area window treatments. I was welcomed to the store, offered assistance and allowed to browse. Both consultants were professional and knowledgeable, offering a number of options to meet our needs. Stacy visited our home with material samples, brochures and shared ideas. We elected to delay replacing the living area treatments and contracted for a custom, pull-down door wall shade to block light yet allowing muted visibility of back yard and woods. The product was available within the estimated time line which we elected to install ourselves. It was exactly as expected, quality materials and construction to last. We are quite pleased with the results and will certainly visit Creative Windows first for our next window coverings.”
