“Outstanding Builder in every respect. Follows through on every detail. If we had a concern, Kevin was at the job site to meet us. There were things that I wanted to do as far as insulating the basement walls and he suggested not doing and explained in detail why. We are very satisfied and love our home. Any concerns or questions after completion, he is there 110%. I always have one of Kevin's Business Cards in my wallet and if someone is talking about buying or building a home I ask if I might make a suggestion and offer his card and highly recommend they contact Premier Builders before making any final decisions. Bud & Rebecca PS May also add that this is my 14th home and Kevin made it the BEST We love you Kevin & Jeanette and keep up the GREAT WORK..”

They took our house plans and made some suggestions that turned our house plans into a home. The quality and attention to detail was amazing. We love everything about our home. “Barb and Mike were good to work with and we are very happy with our new home. I would recommend keeping in contact with them on a very regular basis to make sure that everything is done the way you want it. We had a few issues, nothing major, and I believe that is normal in any building process. The actual deadline for completion was met, but the app they use to track progress wasn't updated on time and was usually inaccurate. It wasn't a big deal, just nothing that we were able to find useful. We did go over on budget; some of it was based on our changes, but there were a few items that may not have been allocated to the right amount in the beginning. If we build again this will be something that we will look at more closely. Again, our biggest request was keeping us in the loop of any changes or issues with the build. I would also recommend taking a tour of the Wausau factory to get a good grasp on the whole process. Thanks again Wausau Homes of Waunakee! The house turned out great and we couldn't be happier!”

“Shaun Scullion, with his subcontractors, helped us realize our lower level finish dream. A large space with poured concrete walls and floor were transformed into a beautiful family/TV room, office and powder room with the finishes we desired. An ecxellent communicator, Shaun kept us informed in advance of each step. He offered alternative products and design ideas and listened to us--even when we went against some of his recommendations. He is detail-oriented and worked well with what some may consider my picky nature. I would again trust and would highly recommend Scullion Builders.”
