“Woodfield Pointe is our 3rd 55+community. We moved from Georgia and had to do quite a bit from a distance away. Kurt Bergman is very easy to work with. Our home is everything we hoped it would be......and more. We feel it is a quality home and there were features we never knew we were getting, such as Kohler sinks and a WiFi Garage door opener! The appliances are higher end, which we appreciate. The woodwork, cabinets and stonework are excellent quality. We have had a few snowfalls already so we enjoy having our roads plowed and our sidewalks shoveled and salted. We are not from this area of Wisconsin, but were pleasantly surprised by the shopping, restaurants and the healthcare facilities that are so close to our community. This is a truly beautiful area of Wisconsin. We highly recommend Bergman Builders and Woodfield Pointe 55+ community.”

“We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement. Virtue Homes was highly recommended to us by others in our neighborhood. Gerald was easy to work with from the start and provided the budget and timeline detail we were looking for. His crew was open to changes that we made mid-project and they let us know immediately if any of the work exceeded the original budget. What we liked most about Virtue Homes is that they paid attention to the details we had in the other areas of our house and extended that into the basement. Now, the lower level space is an extension of our house and not just "the basement". At the end of the project, the inspector came through and said, "This basement is very well done". We would highly recommend Virtue Homes due their organization, attention to detail, prompt communication throughout the entire building process and their transparency with the budget vs. actual expenses.”

“Lloyd and Ben are old school builders that do the majority of the work themselves. I have designed several residences for clients that chose the Vosters to be their contractor. I was most impressed with their (do it right the first time) philosophy. Certainly their strength is in finish carpentry. They build all the cabinetry from scratch. I have had them do work at my own home, and would highly recommend them for your next project”

“We built a house with Jason in 2015. He was very easy to get along with and listened to what we wanted. He communicated very well through out the build process and payed close attention to the work being done as well. We got so much house without any wasted space. We did have some minor issues (piece of tack board under a carpet, small "settling" crack in plaster) that we found after moving in, but Jason was quick to get the subs to come back and make the issues right. Every sqft was used wisely. Unfortunately, certain things in life may call for us to to move soon, but we are already communicating with Modern Built Homes to build our next home. I look forward to working with Jason again.”
