“Highest recommendation!!! They genuinely want to provide quality work and truly care that the customer is pleased with the result. The owner himself reached out to work with me when we had scheduling challenges and made things happen that worked within our tight timeline. When Mario arrived to replace a bathroom vanity, he was extremely friendly and took a sincere interest in doing the job for us the way we wanted it done. He asked questions and communicated as he went. During his time working, we found a couple more things that we had not anticipated (like missing floor tiles) and Mario was happy to solve those problems for us and did a fantastic job. When he would complete one task, he would show us the work so we could see that it was done to our satisfaction. He was very prepared with all the tools and supplies he needed in his vehicle even for our last minute "asks". And how nice when he was all finished and he still asked if we needed anything else. Not trying to rush off to another job but wanting to be certain we were completely taken care of. I've added their number to my phone and they will be my first call for future jobs.”

“Beam Barns helped us combine a home with hobbies, and also satisfy our passion for barns! We needed space for a small fleet of boats and a wood working shop. A Monitor Barn was the perfect solution. We couldn’t find a local contractor with experience building wood barns so we went to a contractor who specialized in metal barns. Luckily he had a young builder who was willing to try his hand at constructing a Post and Beam barn. Our builder had never seen anything like the massive white pine posts that arrived by two semi-trucks. It was already late autumn and we were all working against time. We had hail and snow that year but our builder did a fantastic job for us. However, I don’t believe he could have accomplished the job without the help of Christopher Willman, who guided him through the early stages. Christopher was always available and very responsive. We were thrilled with the final product!”

“Mark Tanney was the architect for a remodel project on a 12 year old beach house. Mark was an excellent listener and offered good suggestions which enhanced my ideas. I was very definite about what I wanted. I worked directly with the kitchen and bath cabinet contractor, and personally picked out all of my fixtures. Mark assisted me in this process and was very responsive. The final product exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him for a remodeling project that includes kitchen, bath, outdoor living area and structural remodeling. I am not very easy to work with!”
