“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“After interviewing three custom home builders and having had the experience of previously building a custom home in Hobe Sound, FL in 2001, we selected John Cherveny of Homes by JMC. His knowledge of construction and his ability to not only listen to our needs and desires, but to take the time to communicate endlessly with us offering opinions and advice made our selection quite easy. As the construction proceeded, we noticed that his people were not only very professional, but knew exactly what was expected of them when John arrived on our jobsite on almost a daily basis. Several times, he had his crew redo something that was not accomplished in the exact way he wanted it done. A few changes that we desired, were accomplished without question and completed very rapidly. John's outstanding ability to communicate with us was phenomenal and he was never too busy to answer our questions and offer his personal advice. If I ever have the need to construct another structure, either residential or commercial, I would not hesitate to have Homes by JMC do the project.”

“Dealing with Hobgood Construction Inc. was such a pleasure for my wife and I. This was our first remodeling experience and they walked us through the whole process from start to finish. We were informed from the very beginning about what to expect in terms of cost and time frame. We both got the feeling throughout the project that they had our best interests as their main objective. One of the most amazing aspects of the whole remodel was the use of the pictures here on houzz.com. We searched through pictures and found a kitchen we liked. We then emailed them to the project manager. Hobgood Construction then was able to remodel our kitchen to look exactly like the picture we sent. This went so smoothly for us that we decided to do the master bathroom the same way. We emailed a picture, and amazingly enough they were able to make our master bath exactly how we wanted it down to the custom made cabinetry. We have been so blessed to have found this great company and thanks to them we are now living in the house of our dreams!”
