“My husband and I recently bought an older home and renovated the inside of the house. Eric has put in our kitchen cabinets, flooring in kitchen and bathrooms, bathroom cabinets, doors on all entrance ways, and much more. He did an exceptional job!! He is very reliable along with respectful. He listens to what your wants and needs are. He gave us great ideas that my husband and I never even thought of!! I can say I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home!! We were very happy with his work he did and his work ethics.”

“Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Sam of Agora General Construction on a few estimates for our house. Sam is always professional, a great communicator, timely and really listened to our needs to understand the work that needed to be done. He even brought in expertise in specific areas to get specialist’s opinions when needed. We would absolutely work with Sam and his team again. “I hired S & D Renovations to renovate the entire first floor of my home including family room, library, home office and kitchen. Work included installation of tile floor and backsplash, granite countertops, drywall, removal of wood burning fireplace and replace with gas fireplace, interior doors, painting, lighting, hardwood floors, stair railing, and exterior front door. Everyone who worked on my project was clean cut, respectful and pleasant to be around. They kept the work area clean and work was completed in a timely manner. Project was completed within budget and I was kept informed of all steps along the way. Owner was knowledgeable, honest and on top of every detail. He was always available to answer questions and returned phone calls promptly. They made this large project go smoothly with little disruption to my family. I highly recommend S & D and will not hesitate to call them for future projects at my home.”

“I have hired A&E Construction for both large and small projects multiple times over the past 8 years and without any hesitation, give them the highest recommendation possible. The owner of the company, Greg Fontaine, is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Projects were always done on time and on budget and if for some reason, the schedule needs to change, Greg does an excellent job communicating the reasons. Before working with A&E, we hired many contractors over the years, and no one ever compared in terms of quality of work combined with reliability and trustworthiness. Another thing we've really appreciated about working with Greg is his ability to provide us with options and ideas if we needed to scale back on a project. Two of the larger projects Greg did for us were finishing our basement and building a poolhouse. Greg was very cognizant that we did not have an unlimited budget and worked with us to make sure we got the most for our money. Greg also does an excellent job hiring talented and reliable people that I am always comfortable having in my home. Additionally, they are very neat and always clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Lastly, and most importantly, Greg really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him and A&E!! If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.”

“It's hard to find a good contractor in my area to even return calls or be willing to give you quotes, but William Snyder didn't hesitate. Bill and his team are very friendly and professional, they do excellent work and were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had. The roof over my deck is definitely going to get me the shade that I need, looking forward to having the deck stained and screened in.”

“We contracted with a designer for an addition, approx. 460 SF. The process was smooth with helpful tips and hints, and the designer incorporated our feedback.The specs were reasonable and not excessively expensive, and met our needs. To this day it is the most used room in the house.”

“Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process. Not only were Bob and his team extremely kind and helpful to each member of our family (including our 2-yr-old that continuously asked a zillion questions!), but they were able to design a space that incorporated everything that we wanted - even though we didn't think it was at all possible. We've had some bad experiences in the past with contractors that didn't show up on time (if at all), messy work areas, unprofessional behavior/language in our home, etc. The LVIC crew was the exact opposite. I would receive a text message each day about the time that the first crew member was arriving (and they were ALWAYS on time), they were professional throughout the work day, and at the end of each day, the entire space was cleaned and vacuumed. Long story short... LVIC is a fantastic company to work with - courteous, collaborative, amazingly talented craftsmanship, and overall great customer service. 5 stars!”

“Handy Hernz did a PHENOMENAL job when I asked them to provide me a quote to demo a wall in my living room. Then when I booked them for the job, they provided amazing insight, and expertise which let to the recommendation of an exposed beam and my wife and I absolutely loved the way it turned out! I highly recommend them, as we know a trustworthy GC is hard to come by, but Sebastian and his partner Gilberto are a class act. Thank you both as my home has been extremely enhanced thanks to the two of you.”
