“In April of 2016, we began the search to find the best contractor in the Cincinnati area to build a new addition and remodel our house. He listened to my ideas and he worked with me to implement them. He made sure things turned out exactly as planned. Rob Kennedy is honest, caring, concerned, accountable, and clearly knows his business of building houses. Construction is not always a smooth and easy process. Things can arise at any time that are unexpected and to the home owner may seem overwhelming and insurmountable. However, Rob is always cool and has a plan of action. He is patient and takes the time to explain all of the options and is only concerned that the client is happy in the end. I can't thank him and his team enough for everything they did over the 6 month period to make things right and ensure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Legacy Custom Builders LLC. There are very few businesses...let alone contractors that are so honest and upfront with clients.
