Before we started the project, we gave her a few photos of what we were looking for and she designed a beautiful structure that fits the site perfectly. The home is well situated to take advantage of the views and natural light, while also taking into account window placement for privacy from neighbors. The floor plan is efficient and flows very well, with comfortably sized room and with minimal hallway/wasted space. Throughout the design process, Jessica was very responsive to our questions and needs, and she was prompt with making revisions and changes. “I have used Cove Creek Construction for two projects at my 30 year old mountain cottage.
The largest involved shoring up the attached porch, requiring various metal devices at beam joists, jacking up the porch and installing a new post with base and cap under a beam joint. The second project involved cutting two trap doors for access to the septic system below the guest cabin behind the main structure.
In every aspect of performing these projects, Mr.Farrell was punctual, prompt, professional and personable.

“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”
