“Jason Ballinger of JLB Design, LLC did an excellent job on our project. He took the time to understand our style and help us design our dream home. We had a large complicated project that Jason helped us simplify - we took down several walls, worked with an engineer to figure out beam placements, relocated a powder room creatively and much more. He helped us make decisions on building materials, select a contractor and understand the approximate costs of making certain decisions on the renovation. Jason also ensured that the town permitting process went smoothly. In addition to creativity and expertise, Jason is extremely professional and a very nice person. Our first meeting involved discussing the intended scope of work, which we came to realize once the process started, we had grossly underestimated what we wanted to change from the original plans. John was fair in price and was very helpful. He was a pleasure to work with.”
