In discussing the items purchased we first had print outs from a catalogue to ensure the fixture was an outstanding fit. The sales person, Lynn, who assisted us, went out of her way to ensure all questions were answered and we had all the information we needed to make an intelligent and informed decision. And, it was all done with a smile. I cannot say enough about Lynn's willingness to help. I have been a customer of House of Lights for a while and its this type of customer service, which always has me returning.”

“I moved into a new home in Oct of 2015. I have ordered 4 lighting fixtures from Rockingham Electric. Two I purchased at the retail center, a large foyer chandelier and a matching hallway light, and then two bathroom vanity fixtures I ordered from their online website. First I will say that I am happy with the quality of the lights received, all of them look great in my home. I did have a couple of glitches with missing or wrong parts received. For the chandelier, there was a crystal chain that was missing but it was decorative and I didn't need it for installation. They worked with me to get a replace,net from the manufacturer who took their sweet time sending it after Rockingham having to make a second follow up call. The other issue was with the online order. I received the wrong colored glass but I didn't hate it so they offered me a discount or they would get me the correct glass. Again, they had great customer service when I had an issue and worked towards resolving the problem. If I have future lighting needs, I will consider using them again.”
