“hired Janet for approximately one year after she was referred to me by my realtor when I purchased a new residence in Santa Monica . I retained Janet as a designer and project manager for a complete remodel of a 2-bedroom condominium. The first thing that impressed me about Janet was her professionalism. She was always prepared, organized and presented several options when discussing a key decision point or project management issue. Her experience and business maturity helped to navigate through an arduous permitting process with the City of Santa Monica . Further, she anticipated questions and/or obstacles and presented recommendations to best deal with a given situation. In nearly every case, I simply followed her recommendation as it had clearly been carefully considered; I grew to trust her judgment completely. In addition to her professional demeanor, Janet possesses a creative eye that she effortlessly matches with the tastes and preferences of her client. Design decisions quickly became “rubber stamp” processes for me as her client – her selections were almost always synchronized with my own style. When our opinions differed, Janet was always the consummate professional and offered pros, cons or demurred as appropriate. As I mentioned earlier, I grew to trust Janet – not only as a design consultant, but also as a business professional and human being. As an example, in an instance where a contractor legitimately misinterpreted the intent of some instructions, Janet stepped in and personally covered the extra expense. She holds a high standard of integrity, and can always be trusted to do the right thing.”

“We asked Lori for a consulation for a re-do of our tiny kitchen. We wanted it open, bright, and updated. She is so approachable and her ideas were so on target! She really listened to us, and curated choices down so they were manageable and easy for us to make decisions. Her taste is impeccable. If we were leaning in a wrong direction, she was always able to help us understand her reasoning and realize the "vision". For example, I wanted glass for the top cabinets, but she explained that taking the cabinetry all the way to the ceiling would make the room feel larger. Boy, was she right! Folks have actually asked us if we had our ceiling raised! We love our "new" kitchen, and receive extremely complimentary feedback from everyone. Lori was incredibly knowledgable and - bonus! she was fun to work with. She nailed it!”

“Amy Troute has decorated all of the public rooms in my house including my office. She has the unique ability to see things most people wouldn't in deciding on a design concept in regards to furniture design and style. She has a great eye for color and scale. In addition she is ever mindful of the budget which is a great relief. We are planning to convert the basement into a media room and bar in the future and Amy is the only person considered for the job.”

When we were unclear about our vision; she worked to give suggestions of directions we could go in. She worked within our budget to find pieces that were functional yet aesthetically pleasing. “Brooke is the best! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brooke Probst Interiors on a remote project for our rental property in Brooklyn, NY. Given our busy schedule, we opted for a Zoom-based collaboration, which turned out to be both convenient and effective. Our project involved a complete renovation and gutting of the bathroom in our 1890's Brooklyn townhouse. Our primary goal was to create a bathroom that would be renter-friendly while maintaining an authentic feel in line with the home's historical period. What we particularly appreciated was the creative process and the array of options that Brooke presented while staying within our budget. With Brooke's expertise and incredible sense of possibility, our vision was brilliantly brought to life! We highly recommend hiring Brooke for all your interior design needs. “We are absolutely delighted with the results of our guestroom refresh that Jamie Foehr Design created for us! Our goal was to create a calm, soothing environment for our guests to enjoy when the visit us from near and far. We wanted beautiful artwork with modern furniture and Jamie really pulled that together for us. I greatly appreciate her kind way of helping me determine which items that we already had would work and what needed to be replaced. She was also wonderful at incorporating the the things that had special sentimental value for us. This was our second project with Jamie who helped us previously with our project of reviewing and hanging up our artwork. I was overwhelmed with way too many pieces and she helped us pull out the very best and place them in groupings that made sense and look elevated. I was hoping to get a gallery wall and Jamie made this wish come true in my home office where I get to see it every day! Thank you, Jamie! I will certainly tell all of my friends about your wonderful work.”

Design setup for my homes (3) and business, branding for business, rebranding fir business years later, and a location move for my business, are all examples of times I have called on Holbrook for support with everything from color, brand, remodel design, furniture layout, plant display, walls (murals, decals, wall hangings), website, patient forms, mood boards, logos, and so much more! There just seems to be no limit to what this team can achieve. Additionally, the feedback I received from friends, family and patients was constant and glowing. We were always ahead of the trends and right on for the spaces. I literally felt like it was the best business decision I could have made, calling on support to make my space and all the other elements of my business and home consistent throughout the experiences. “We hired Introspecs to help us design a residential kitchen that we were remodeling in an old 1928 Portland bungalow. Our experience with Allisen and Introspecs was fantastic. Allisen was able to listen to our needs and design style, make thoughtful suggestions on how to maximize the efficiency of the space and workflow, propose designs that were true to the period of our house (something that was important to us), and create a set of final drawings that allowed us to bid the project out to three general contractors in a fair and organized manner. Once the kitchen remodel was underway, Allisen really had our back to ensure the final result was true to her/our design. Allisen spec'd some really cool Hafele cabinet organization fixtures that our contractor had never heard of and wanted to switch to something they had worked with in the past. Allisen went to bat for us and helped the contractor source the correct fixtures, and now that we have them its hard to imagine the kitchen functioning nearly as well without them. Every storage detail was really thought through by Introspecs - some workflow things we never even knew we needed, but now we can't live without them. Allisen has a pleasant personality, really listened to our needs, and added a ton of value to our project! Thanks!”
