“We recently added on a sizable front porch (>500 sq ft) with a fair bit of bells & whistles – 7-foot overhang, stone columns, lights, siding, pavers, front door, new driveway, etc. A few points about working with Bonomo… 1.We met with a handful of contractors before coming across JACK; he was the only one who spent extra time to talk through all the drawing details, provide suggestions, and connect directly with our architect for clarifications – all prior to signing. He got us a quote in a couple of days. Knew we had the right guy from the jump and basically signed on the spot. 2.Jack (and Lisa) handled every piece of material and did a phenomenal job communicating & coordinating schedules for each phase of the project. Impressive job given the supply constraints and it being the dead of winter! 3.Ran into a couple of hiccups along the way, as expected with any project. Never heard Jack fret or complain, and never pushed back the work; just rolled up his sleeves and climbed in the trenches (literally, in our case). He’s that guy – never afraid to get his hands dirty to keep things moving and get the job done. Honestly cannot say enough about Jack, his easy attitude and dedication to his clients. He owns the work and makes sure it gets done right, down to every nuanced detail. Jack is a legit professional and all-around genuine guy – it was a pleasure doing business, we’ll absolutely be reaching back out to Bonomo for our next project.”

“Evan is an absolute pleasure to work with. He takes great pride in his job and is completely committed from onset to finish. The end result is a true reflection of his passion for the craft. He makes sure he uses the best teams for the allocated job, and has keen sense of how to manage and coordinate all sides, seamlessly. He listened, put up with my endless requests and suggestions, worked attentively and methodically, gave us a basement that we will cherish for a long time to come. He made it appear like our basement was the only project he was working on, (which certainly wasn't the case)- always there and always ready. Of course we'll use his services again, its a no-brainer!”

“We are delighted with our home which was built by Grant Homes. We chose Grant Homes because of the full-suite of services and longtime experience with custom home building. When we made the decision to tear down an old house on the property and build a new house, we needed someone who could walk us through budget, planning, design, and construction while keeping a constant eye on budget! Our project included identifying the right property, the design process (with Jay’s architect) planning the construction of a new home and pool. Working with Jay and his architect during the design process was a great experience. Jay was able to keep our design in line with our budget as he had the experience needed in estimating the construction specific to our project. A great feature of the Grant Home build process is their open-book pricing. There was no mystery with how our money was being spent and the flexibility was there when we wanted to save budget dollars. The whole process was unexpectedly fun! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jay and his crew. I’d highly recommend Grant Homes to anyone interested in building a custom home. Your recommendation to use Hardie shingles and Azek trim was very sound indeed. The materials proved to be beautiful as well as of the highest construction quality and beautiful appearance. You were also always so very responsive to our questions, so efficient and reliable in the scheduling of the work, and so attentive to the management of the work even in its smallest details. Your workers... especially their leader George... proved to be impressively skilled. We were particularly pleased at George's consistently good judgment in taking pains to consult with us and guide us on the various details that needed to be worked out as things went along on site. Unlike some of our past experiences in renovations, we were never surprised and disappointed by some unfortunate liberty a tradesman might take.
