This was my first new home purchase so I was a little worried, but Michelle took me out to look at my lot options and helped me figure out which home was best for me and which home I could afford. It was very smooth process picking out all of the selections for the house. My home was actually ready two weeks early which made me very happy. They do take you on a framing walk through, which I highly recommend as they can fix any issues before the dry wall goes up. Then we had two final walk throughs. One a week before we closed and one the day of closing. This gave them a chance to fix any issues I had. With new construction there is always going to be some problems, but they were very nice and ensure that they get fixed. It is much nicer then buying someone else's home because when you move you're stuck with the issues you my find, but if you find any issues CC Devco will send someone to take a look. I am super happy with my purchase and would do it all over again. I love my home and I love the community. CC Devco has made my first new home purchases as easy as possible.”
