“Several years ago I hired Wieland Studio to design a kitchen remodel and reconfiguration of the second story bedroom and laundry area in my 90-year-old home. I was so pleased because Susie carefully listened to what I wanted and designed an area that is modern in terms of openness of the layout and flow, while still keeping true to the aesthetics of the period the house was built. She has great taste, put a lot of thought into how the design would actually flow in practice, and then ran interference with the contractor when he did not do what I asked in one area of the kitchen, solving the issue without ruffling any feathers. She helped me prioritize my needs and wants in order to help stay within my budget. The design has now been road-tested in terms of kids, pets, entertaining, and day-to-day living and there is not a single thing I would change. I highly recommend Wieland Studio!”

“It took me way too long to write this but here goes. BrainNerd Construction really helped me out. Back in 2017 I was hit pretty hard when I decided to remodel my entire home to make it livable. It was in horrible disrepair so I put nearly everything I had into it so that I could have a stable home for my children and I, only to have the first contractor I hired walk off the job in early 2018 with my money and leaving me with a half finished house (bare studs, exposed wiring, and a toddler who just learned how to walk). David Brainerd knew of my situation and called on everyone he knew to help make our home livable again and completed the work that I still needed within what budget I had left. Not only was his crew professional and kind, they were personable as well. While my home still has some work to be done, when it is time to do it I wouldn't want to hire anyone else. BrainNerd Construction has my vote! 10/10 Highly recommend!”

“Extremely professional, thorough and even good follow up to make sure everything still OK after replacing a faucet and a showerhead and repairing a water heater. Also fixed a wall that had water damage & it looks like new. Will have them back to replace weather-stripping and paint the garage door. Just referred them to a friend and I rarely do that. Very impressed with pricing and honesty. You got it...they can fix it!”

“We worked with Ed in designing our custom home. We brought ideas of another floor plan and he was able to take those ideas and bring forth everything we desired. He was very quick with his drawings and got them back in a timely manner. He was sensitive in our needs as a family and suggested many ideas that were used throughout the house. He worked well with our builder. I would highly recommend Ed for any custom home designs!”

“H&A Construction provided the remodel of our bathroom and bedroom. The finished product is beautiful and functional and we love it. Andy Flint was attentive to detail and design and followed through each step of the project. We highly recommend Andy/H&A Construction & Design. Andy's recommendations were helpful and his crew was respectful and diligent. The bathrm was completely gutted, jetted tub removed. Small vanity was replaced with two separate vanities, new tiled shower, heated tile floors, new electricals and a hot water tank installed under closet for immediate hot water access for master bath. The bedrm and bath walls were painted, wood trim painted and new carpet in bedrm.”
