“Had windows of 4 upper units of a 6-unit condo residence cleaned inside and out. This company did everything right from start to finish. When I called for an estimate they responded quickly. They came out to the condo unit to assess the job. I received my estimate the same day! When the owner and his co-worker came to my door, they were wearing masks even though they are vaccinated. I very much appreciated their thoughtfulness and consideration. There is a 3 day old baby in the complex and being cautious during the virus is critical and good business manners. Window Maestros have proper insurance and gladly sent a copy. Jeremy and Jason were friendly and very professional. They have an amazing online schedule and confirmation set up. It made everything easy and left no room for error. When Jeremy and Jason were on the way, I received a phone call letting me know (another thing I appreciate). They worked very efficiently and the windows were so clean, it looked like the windows were missing! We are unable to reach any of our rear windows so we have to wait for professionals to give us that clear view. It makes the whole house seem cleaner. The window sills and screens were wiped down and everything was left neat and tidy. When the job was done, Jeremy sent a text stating they had finished. I like this because sometimes the garage can be open and it’s good to check once everything is done.
