Joy and the installers were very accommodating; the only reason not a 5-star one shade was damaged in the box and had to be returned and another needed to be fixed by the installer to operate correctly. This was my first experience with a decorator, and I wanted to make sure our home reflected our personal taste and style. Sandy helped us accomplish this within our budget.
