“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“Our company purchased vinyl blinds from Stoneside Blinds approximately a year ago. Abbey was fantastic explaining the blinds and helped with my selection of which would be best for our windows. Once the blinds were ready they had the installer come and our windows looked fabulous. we did have an issue recently, I contacted Stoneside and they took care of it with out any issues.
