“I bought a house in Rotonda West as an investment property while I was visiting there over the summer. The house was still under construction when I had to return home 1500 miles away. It was suggested by my property manager to meet with the Blind Spot Etc to do the blinds in the house before I returned home. That meant I had to do everything by email and pictures. Building a house is difficult enough, but I thought putting the finishing touches on from a distance would be impossible. The Blind Spot did an outstanding job selecting and putting all of the right materials in while I was 1500 miles away. Recently, I visited the house and I am extremely pleased how well the job was done. I would highly recommend the Blind Spot Etc.”

“To date Budget Blinds has installed 9 Plantation shutters in our home. I do not know how we could be happier with our experience. It started with a call to the office where we promptly schedule an appointment with Gretchen. She was on time for her appointment, she was polite, and really knew her stuff. Her suggestions for solutions varied some for each room, and are we glad we took her suggestions as we see the benefits of the variations in each room. Jason showed up on time. He is also polite, knowledgeable, and left all rooms as clean as when he arrived. One set of blinds had a factory default. Jason pointed it out to us and they ordered replacements with not a hesitation. If Jason had not pointed it out, I doubt either of us would of noticed it. They have a customer for life. And we will not waste our time shopping around for future projects”

“Carolyn is an exceptional professional. We have ordered blinds for the entire house we are remodeling. She has helped us pick out the blinds and had our interests in mind. We have had problems with the remodeling people so we have to keep changing the installation date. Carolyn has been great about not putting pressure on us to have the blinds installed, even though they have been ready for months.
