Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete. The most amazing thing was that Dustin washed his hands before installing the window coverings. I purchased white sheer shading for two windows and he wanted to ensure that he didn’t get them dirty. I’ve had lots of workers and contractors at the house and that attention to detail is rare… Melisa and Dustin’s communication is outstanding. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. Bottom line is that I am absolutely thrilled with my new window coverings. They exceed my expectations and give the two rooms a soft feel. She was excellent in helping me select fabrics that would both compliment my interior space and function well for each room. We even did a motorization for the window coverings in the living room and it worked out beautifully. Kimber was there to help oversee the installation as well, which went very smoothly. “I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen.
