“We have to say it “ this company really know how to follow up with their clients” we literally took almost a year to decide on moving ahead with the project. Andres periodically was checking on us; no being intrusive at all. He was very patient and attentive to every change we decided to implement to original layout. Always kept a positive attitude and accommodate our changes. Finally we just finish the project couple weeks ago and we loved it. Our drapery and motorized shades reflect the time we put into selecting the fabrics. The installers were very attentive and use a vacuum while drilling the concrete which I think was a very nice touch. Over all great experience. “Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”
