His responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge was amazing. I wasn't totally sure of what look I wanted and he supplied samples as well as suggestions of what would look good, gave me a couple of days to think about it and I felt very comfortable ordering. His estimate for the delivery time was exact and he was there within a couple of days, again, to install. He did a beautiful job, was very neat, cleaned up after himself and didn't even mind my dog keeping him company!
