“Hal from Window-ology came to install our plantation shutters and cellular blinds today in our home. We'd ordered them online and the measurements were wrong (not through Window-ology) and Hal saved the today. He was incredibly positive and solutions-oriented in helping us make a quick decision in how to move forward with an expensive error by providing practical options for an imperfect situation - we were sure a lot calmer in the midst of a mini-crisis thanks to him! Communication was also incredibly quick which we highly value - I emailed them in the evening and received a call first thing the next morning, they called to confirm, and showed up right on time as promised, which is huge when others in the industry don't. Can't wait for Hal to come back and install more shutters/blinds at our new home!”

A designer comes to your home, helps with design advice and product choice (several times have helped me change my perspective on what I needed for a much better result), and installation is included. I have had 3 different installers work on my windows, all 3 worked quickly and left the space clean. They were polite, professional, and could answer all my questions about the products I'd purchased. Twice the installers noticed a small scratch or problem with the product and informed me they were ordering a replacement immediately. Great service and nice, knowledgeable team.”

“Added new window coverings, repaired and replaced 15 year old window coverings, tuned up, fixed up and did far more than we had imagined! Northwest Window Coverings was not the first company I called. I tried another well reputed company first. That company made it sound so hard to do business with them, I got frustrated. We did have a combination of needs...older blinds that had issues and we didn't know if repair was an option or if replacement was required. I wanted advice on new blinds for 3 rooms plus I wanted advice on the older blinds - repair or replace. The first company told me I would need 3 different appointments, One for the design consult, one for the repair/replace consult and one for the install. I just don't have time to make 3 appointments with one company! NW Window Coverings returned my after hours call first thing the next morning. They were professional and easy to work with. Kathryn set an appointment that fit my schedule and when the design consultant arrived he first wanted to look at our old blinds and their issues. He immediately connected with a service/install expert who came out during the design consult, removed the old blinds, explained what repairs were needed and replaced them with temporary blinds! The designer showed us samples in our home and gave us options. We placed an order on the spot and the new blinds along with the repaired blinds were professionally installed within 2 weeks! It was SO simple! They were in constant communication with us regarding shipment of our new blinds, their ETA and coordinated the repairs so everything could be done in one appointment. This company has it going on! My only regrest is that I don't have 10 more rooms needing blinds! But - I will reccomend them to anyone that asks!!! Don't waste your time. Call Robert and his crew. They make it easy!!!”
