“Not only are the blinds perfect but the customer service is amazing. We were out of town for the weekend and a neighbor grabbed our package for us. We didn’t know this and contacted First rate blinds regarding our “missing blinds.” They were quick to reply and act. By the time the neighbor dropped off our blinds, First rate had already replaced them and sent them in our direction! They invited us to keep all 4 blinds. Any and all future orders on my end will go through this incredible company!”
